The shipping charges on our site reflect both shipping and handling of your order. Our shipping charges are based on your distance from our store, the weight and size of the items and the number of items in an order. We typically ship all orders by the next business day by ground shipment (holidays rush may push it to 3-4 days). Generally, shipping will be less for larger lighter orders that are close to our shop in Decatur, Il.
We offer local pickup at our retail store that is no charge.
For priority orders we pack and ship any orders by 5:00 pm same day, when placed before 1pm Central time. Priority orders are generally 1-3 day shipping depending on your location.
If you need something special just add a note to your order and I’m sure we can accommodate. If we can’t we’ll contact you the next business day and let you know the situation.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada push out our shipping times further.
Shipping to the United Kingdom and Germany will be quoted on an order by order basis before shipping. You can place your order and we will add in the shipping charges and delivery estimate. Orders will be shipped after shipping cost is received.
PAYMENT and TAXES
Your online security is extremely important to us and all pages on our site use secure communication with our servers. We allow secure credit card or Paypal payments online using Paypal express checkout. Paypal registration is not required, we just use their trusted service to securely process your credit card payments.
We charge applicable taxes in the state of Illinois. Taxes will be shown in our secure Paypal shopping cart as you check out. They will be shown during checkout. We do not accept orders outside the United States online, please call us for any international orders.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as Books, Patterns, Lead or Cames.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* CD or VHS tape that has been opened.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
